WPA Early Intervention and Parent Workers offer bespoke services to suit the individual requirements of each academy & school. With the restructure of Social Care, and the high threshold of social care intervention there is now a growing expectation on academies and school's to provide early intervention support for pupils and families.
With our experienced Early Intervention and Parent Workers we provide academy or school based services for an agreed number of days or half days to relieve the time management constraints of your Attendance Officer & Senior Leadership Team. We ensure pupils and families have access to support to improve outcomes.
To engage with vulnerable families WPA Early Intervention Team Support services can formulate a package of support to include:
