"St Mark’s have had EWO support from WPA since May 2017. Our attendance was good but had plateaued; in addition, the gap between our overall attendance and pupil premium pupils was bigger than we wanted and the school knew we needed additional support to improve on this.  Since we employed WPA, our overall attendance has improved, it is now 97%,  and the gap between Pupil Premium pupils and overall school attendance has reduced.  The whole school is aware of our attendance expectations and parents are engaged more than before.  The school also feels very supported over attendance due to WPA EWO's depth of knowledge and overall support.  Engaging WPA Education Welfare Services is one the best decisions the school has made."
